I came to the U.S. about 20 years ago from “The Lion City”, Singapore. After I obtained my Business Degree from Royal Melbourne University in Australia, I worked in multi-national shipping firms both in Australia and Singapore. I met my husband then and his work took us to Eastern Europe, Asia, and Africa.

During my stay in Europe, I joined an International Women’s Club and participated in many social activities. A few of us would religiously go to the salon to get our facials together. Soon these facials became a monthly pamper addiction. I started to enjoy exploring professional skin care products and how it could help our skin stay healthy and youthful. I brought my knowledge of European and Asian skincare to the United States where I practice it here at Queen Bee!

When I got back to the U.S., my interest in being a skincare therapist grew, so I decided to pursue my career in Esthetics and obtained my license and worked in the Marina del Rey area. Besides providing facial services, I also really love waxing. I had known about Jodi and Queen Bee and have always felt this hive is where I need to be. It is known for having a supportive team of women and having excellent standards in customer service and skincare products. Being a persistent strong Taurus, I was determined to be part of the team and Jodi really had no choice but to hire me! I love skincare and am passionate about delivering results. My strengths are with sensitive skin types but I also love peels. I am a lead waxer in the Shays Lounge, our area at Queen Bee where men feel more comfortable getting services. I have perfected the BROzilian Bikini Wax and other male body waxing. I take it very seriously and am able to make my clients feel very comfortable.

In my spare time, I practice and am devoted to yoga. I enjoy biking, cooking and shopping at food markets & street fairs. Most precious of all, I just love hanging out with my little Siamese cat, Huey. He is so sweet!
