We believe that great training and knowledge are what sets us apart from other places. You will never be asked to perform a service that you have not been trained to do. Once hired, you will go through extensive hands-on training with some of the best in the business. You will learn everything and more about products, skincare and how to ensure that our clients always receive 100% excellence from the moment they walk through the door.
Customer Service
While most people can be trained to do what we do, not everybody is born with an innate ability to deliver excellent bedside manner and hands-on services. You’ll learn by working with talented peers and great role models, whether you join us as a Bee Keeper or a technician. We aren’t called “beauty therapists” for nothing! Clients come to Queen Bee not just for the best personal services, but also to build trust with us. They look forward to their visits where they can offload and relax. If you are a great listener, if you know how to read your client, if you are kind and have compassion, a sense of humor and good ears, then this is a place for you!
Teamwork
It is no secret that a great team is what makes a company successful. It is only when a group of people can work together as one that things can get done! We believe in supporting our fellow bees in the workplace; we have no tolerance for gossip or cruel behavior. We don’t want to spoil the honey or upset the hive. We hold each other up and ensure that our hive is running smoothly. Queen Bee is a fun, relaxed and safe space for anybody searching for their next position in the beauty industry.
Compensation
