Point value: Every 1,000 points is redeemable for $1 of goods and services.  Points are not earned on house calls, gift card purchases, services under $10, or e-commerce orders.
Redemption rules: Points can only be redeemed in values of at least $10, toward any service or product.  Points cannot be used toward the purchase of gift cards. Points are non-transferable and must be redeemed by the client who earned them.  Points are earned and redeemed separately at each Queen Bee location, and cannot be transferred between locations.
Automatic enrollment: All clients automatically earn points.  Point values print on all register receipts and can be obtained by emailing honeyjar@queenbeesalonspa.com.
Expiration: Points are accumulated during a calendar year and expire on 12/31 of the following year.

Details on each Reward Type:

• Frequent Vist: Get the same service 10 times within 40 weeks.
• Refer a Friend: Earn 3,000 points when the person you refer checks out from their first service. We must be told in advance about the referral in order for points to be applied
• Buzz Around: Try a new department for the first time.
• Pre-Book: Earn 1,000 points when you book a future appointment on the same day as you have a current service. BONUS: New Clients earn an additional 4,000 points when booking their 2nd appointment at checkout from their first appointment.
• Spending: Earn points for every dollar spent on products and services.
