Membership benefits are exclusive to the named member and cannot be transferred between locations.

You can upgrade your membership anytime. However, downgrades are only permitted after the initial four-month minimum period.

Membership is valid from the date of enrollment.

All memberships require a minimum four-month commitment, with fees billed monthly. After this period, you may cancel or downgrade your plan with a ten notice prior to your billing date. Automatic monthly withdrawals will continue until canceled.

Monthly membership services expire 60 days after each renewal, allowing for a one-month rollover period.

Membership cancellations require at least 10 days' notice before the next billing date. No refunds will be issued for the remaining membership period. To cancel, clients must contact the location where the membership was purchased via email or phone.
