I’m originally from a village in the middle of England but I moved to Los Angeles in 1985!

After jumping around the States a little I finally settled back in Santa Monica where I started my training in the beauty industry at Santa Monica College.  I began as a hairstylist which was creative and great fun but I found something to be missing in that environment. I was much more drawn to helping people to heal and relax and found that in the facial treatment room with a client’s head in my hands for an hour or more, I was able to not only deliver a beautiful glowing complexion but a calm relaxed and happy soul at the end of our time together. I am also trained in a variety of healing modalities including Reiki and Hypnotherapy and I often incorporate aspects of these in the treatment room. There is always so much to discover in the skin care world and I continue to learn new things even this late into my career. It really does bring me joy to have my clients leave the room happy and relaxed.

After taking some time away from work I am so happy to have landed at Queen Bee in Culver City. The Hive have welcomed me, I have a new home and I’m so looking forward to helping you with any of your skin care concerns.

In my free time I am a Mandala Artist and I spend a lot of time painting. I also love to cook and garden, spend time with my chosen family, practice pilates, ride my bike and travel the world with my wonderful husband of 27 years.
