While I’m not a native Californian, you would never know it considering how much I love it here! Originally from upstate New York, the freezing winters pushed me to move west to sunny Los Angeles, and I haven’t looked back since. I’ve built a happy and fun life for myself surrounded by family and friends whose warmth matches the beautiful climate in which we live.

I was never one of those people who knew from birth what I wanted to do with my life, but I knew there was a job out there that I would love to do.  I just had to find it. All my life, different girlfriends would ask me for help with shopping for the perfect outfit, decorating a home, getting a facial or makeover, etc. These experiences made me realize that I have a skill for making those around me look and feel their best. So I decided to go to beauty school and my passion for waxing emerged. I have now found a job I really love doing!

Waxing at the Queen Bee has been a dream come true. Not only do I get to do something I love for a living, but I get to in such a fun setting alongside equally dedicated coworkers.
