Ano’ai, I was born and raised on Moku ‘o Keawe, the Island of Hawai’i, the epitome of heaven on Earth. I began my journey on the beaches of Hilo, running through the ohia forests of Mountain View, Hawai’i and my Grandparents’ farm in Waiohinu. Surrounded by floral scented tradewinds, warm sand, the sparkling blue-green ocean, and vast ohia forests, I found my love and passion of the many facets of Kanaka Maoli healing.
I have been traditionally trained as a Lomi Practitioner and in Kanaka Maoli Healing by my Kupuna since I was a child. I learned from my family along the way in between running off to surf and cause mischief. Through my education of Lomi and Kanaka Maoli healing from my Kupuna, I learned how important it is to be good to yourself and engage in self-care – that we as individuals must place ourselves at the forefront of our lives. That yes, we are important, yes it is ok to take part in self-care, and YES I will care and love myself.
I am a passionate intuitive Licensed Massage Practitioner and a traditionally trained Lomi Practitioner. I fluidly integrate and combine Energy Work with flowing deep strokes of Traditional Lomi, Deep Tissue, Stretching, Joint Manipulation, and other modalities to help my clients achieve their personal needs and goals of self-care. Through specific work and flowing movements I am able to provide healing, relaxation, and reconnection to one’s self.
I am looking forward to assisting YOU in Being Good to Yourself!
