Parking:
The bungalow is located in between a CPA’s office and the Mercury Insurance building. If you are going to park in the spaces allocated, you need to use the alley behind the Mercury Insurance building, via Jasmine Ave. The bungalow is white with blue front doors. There are six allocated parking spaces: 3 in the front of the actual bungalow and 3 to the north of the bungalow. These spaces have the QB logo painted on them. There is also lots of metered parking on Culver Blvd., and ample 2 hour parking on Jasmine Ave. PLEASE DO NOT PARK IN THE INSURANCE BUILDING PARKING LOT.
Venice Construction
Culver City is experiencing some major delays because of Metro work on Venice Blvd. Please, allow at least 15 to 20 minutes extra for your drive time to us if you’re coming from that direction.
Directions from the South Bay/ LAX Area:
If you are brave, take the 405 (N) to the Culver Blvd. exit. Go right onto Culver Blvd. and stay in the right lane until you reach us. See parking instructions above. Sepulveda Blvd. is an alternate to the 405 N/S. You can also take Braddock all the way up to Jasmine Ave. Left onto Jasmine and park on street.
Directions from the San Fernando Valley:
Again, if you are brave, or nuts, take the 405 South to Culver Blvd. Left off of the exit to Culver Blvd South. (See above)
Directions from Downtown Los Angeles and Pasadena:
Take the 110 to the 10 West. There are many exits to take off of the 10. I prefer Washington Blvd. Don’t take the Washington Blvd. exit that is Downtown, take the one that is after the La Brea/La Cienega exit. Left onto Washington Blvd off of the exit. Washington meets up with Culver Blvd. Left onto Culver Blvd. to Jasmine Ave. (See above)
Directions from UCLA:
Take Westwood to National to Overland. Right (south) on Overland to Culver Blvd. Left onto Culver (going east). (See above)
Directions from USC:
Jefferson to Duquesne Ave.. Right onto Duquesne Ave. to Culver. Left onto Culver. (See above) Directions from LMU Lincoln Blvd north to Culver Blvd. exit East on Culver Blvd. Go through Overland Avenue and stay in right lane. House in on corner of Culver and Jasmine. LMU students may also take the Jefferson Blvd. directions going east. (See USC)
